As a Worship Pastor and Professional Musician, I often find myself in the best of both worlds.
With about 25 years experience teaching musical instruments to students of all ages, skill levels, and backgrounds... combined with about the same amount of time serving in local church leadership and ministry... I have had the opportunity to see how two very different worlds come together.
In this blog you will find stories about my personal journey, lessons learned from life experience, and answers to the questions that you ask online.
I believe that friendship is one of the greatest gifts that life has to offer us, and so I look forward to learning more about you and encouraging you on your journey.
I hope that the discussion here will help you to continue learning, continue growing, and continue loving.

This is very important to me.
Over the years of teaching private lessons to hundreds of students, I've witnessed first-hand that the same disciplines and habits you develop while learning an instrument carry over directly to nearly every area of our lives.
That was when I fell in love with teaching music!! ...because we weren't just sitting in my studio learning songs. We were directing the course of our future, together, through music. Doesn't that sound much MORE exciting :-)
We are in the midst of building a resource / catalog of materials to help you continue - or begin - your musical journey.
If you are interested in being one of the first students with access to the catalog, subscribe with your email below.
